Some thousand or so students showed up to a Facebook event called the ECL flash rave mob thingymabobber, blasted music, jumped over railings into crowds, and then got locked in by the cops and eventually kicked out. A few hundred students were standing outside baning on the doors. The idea was taken from UNC Chapel Hill. Overall a successful event I'd say.
